David is the UC Cooperative Extension County director for Lassen, Plumas and Sierra Counties. A 30 plus year member of SRM. Past Cal Pac President and 2015 SRM Meeting Planning Committee planner and host. Awarded 2021 SRM Outstanding Achievement in Land Stewardship.
