Will we be having a discussion on the Practice and Discipline of Grazing Management and Range Science; get an opportunity to visit areas of the ranch to learn about their management objectives, actions, and outcomes; and share some meals together.

The Spring and Fall events of the Cal-Pac Section of Society for Range Management are open to anyone who has an appreciation for the flora, fauna, and pastoral aspects of rangelands. At the May 1st event we will be discussing the foundations of rangeland ecology (as a discipline) and grazing management (as a practice) in the beautiful setting of the Tomkat Ranch.
