Mr. Lile has served as a Cooperative Extension Agent in Livestock and Natural Resources for over 30 years. He provides excellent leadership to solve rangeland challenges using science-based, solution-oriented approaches. Mr. Lile’s work has facilitated improved policies, strategies, and practices to implement partnership-based conservation programs across millions of acres of rangelands. Stakeholders place high value on Mr. Liles technical expertise, his friendship, and his ability to establish trust and confidence with a diverse community.
